Yes. The whole system and every public application form are available in Traditional Chinese and English, switchable by each user.
Do volunteers and vendors need an app?
No. Everyone opens their own portal link in a mobile browser — vendors, volunteers, performers and creators each get a separate portal.
Is my data isolated?
Yes. Each account only sees its own data, and you control what each team member can access by role.
